Welcome to Beautiful Minds Academy, a community offering an alternative educational system for families who would like to homeschool but still be in a community of like-minded learners. We work as a team and are here to support your child's educational journey and provide a nurturing environment for them to thrive. We believe in making learning an enjoyable and enriching experience, and we are committed to helping your child develop a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
Our vision and focus is to first and foremost create regular, positive social building opportunities with peers. Second to provide support to our parents with the day to day tasks of teaching children the basics in education per level of learning. And Third to create space for creative growth and the spark of ideas with out of the box learning environments and instructors.
Who teaches?
We have hired professionals combined with volunteer parents from time to time who focus on keeping the love of learning feel in the classroom and combining it with advances in education that you get with the freedom of homeschooling.
What grades?
Right now we offer grades K-4th Levels of learning, but are expanding to K-6th Grade Levels in 2025!
What days of the week?
We offer two, three, or four days a week options for K-4th level learning, Mon-Thurs.
Where are you located?
West Kaysville and West Layton, both off of Angel Street, but we have aspirations to raise money for one location. Donate here to help!
Frequently Asked Questions
What curriculum do you use?
We use The Good and the Beautiful curriculum for Language Arts and Math for each grade level. Then, we open up to any and all honest resources for STEM, History, Arts, etc that align with good value and teach with intuition and insight.
What can I expect for tuition costs?
We have not solidified tuition costs for the 2025-2026 school year. But you can expect the $3000-$4900 price range for the year, depending on the 2 day, 3 day or 4 day program that is selected.
What reimbursements are available for your program?
We are vendors for OpenEd, HarmonyEd and the Utah Fits All Scholarship. These reimbursements cover from $1800 to $8000 in tuition and material fees. We highly recommend applying for one or all of these to see what you qualify for!
